I will compliment you, Lisa. 72 pounds is AWESOME and you KNOW it is noticeable. One of my very favorite things is to keep a couple of my "fat" pieces of clothes, and try them on once in a while and see how I don't fill them out anymore.
I'm glad your husband compliments you. His compliments matter, and I love that he is supportive.
You must be getting closer to your vacation. Better find those pink cowboy boots soon!!
I'm glad you got a good compliment. I get them once in a while and they feel great.
My compliment today is that I have enjoyed so much getting to know you, love your sense of humor, and I am delighted to have you as a friend.
LOVE your shoe story. I remember one time buying some shoes I thought were fabulous and a good friend of mine who is VERY sarcastic, said, you should have taken them out of them box before you put them on. VERY FUNNY...NOT.
I'm glad you found a pair of size 8's :) that fit you perfectly. If only that would happen to me. Every once in a while, you find that perfect shoe. It is a lifelong hunt!!
Hey Lisa; I'm glad it says "counting the days until my vacation", instead of "worrying about my vacation"...GOOD!!
Thank you so much for my four-leaf clover. This should be a breeze tomorrow. I have lived with two GIGANTIC screws under my kneecap, to hold the knee together after I fractured it. It is now repaired, and I BEGGED to have these screws taken out.
Luckily, it worked. My Daughter is taking me, and she is feeling a great deal of responsibility. I don't want that, but someone HAS to go, and I designated her. I did tell her that she could go to Target during the surgery, and she said "are you sure, Mom?". I said, I won't know the difference, just come back at the end. I hope she goes!!
I'll let you know what happens. Should be a piece of cake, other than the fact that I have to cut back on exercise for like two weeks, which I am a bit miffed about. I think back, and laugh at how I wouldn't be at ALL miffed about an excuse to not exercise...I've come a long way baby.
