I have been a yo-yo dieter for most of my life. In my early 20's, I struggle a bit with Anorexia, but obviously bounced back. I have tried every diet under the sun and all have failed. I'm hoping that this is the time that everything is going to work out. I haven't quite had that "something in me snapped" moment, but I'm super motivate and want the weight off. I know I didn't get this way overnight and it's not going to come off overnight, but it's a frustrating fight and I need all the help and motivation I could get.

I am going to do my best to blog at least once a week about my previous weeks achievements/disappointments. Maybe this will help with my success!

Weight loss goals/rewards:
1/17/09 = goal 216 **exceeded my goal ... 214 lbs
1/24/09 = goal 214 ** gained ... 217.5 lbs
1/31/09 = goal 213 ** lost 2.5 lbs ... 215 lbs
2/07/09 = goal 211 ** didn't hit my goal, lost 1.5 lbs ... 213.5 lbs ~ 50 pounds lost mark REWARD: new workout shoes
2/14/09 = goal 209 ** didn't hit my goal AGAIN, lost 1 lb ... 212.5 lbs

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds, but I focus on my weekly goal of 2.5 pounds.


My Program:
I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and work out 4-5 times a week.



Personal Information:
I am DONE being a fat girl! I no longer want to be the girl with pretty eyes or cute face that just needs to lose weight. I want to be the girl that has confidence when she walks into a room.
