100 Mini Goals Challenge

One of the groups started this challenge, some of my listed goals aren't little but are on the list in in an order that makes them mini. For example lose 100 pounds is a mini goal because lose 90 comes first. The rest of the goals are not in any order. I will continue to add to the list until there is 100. I will also update when completed.

5. Log all food on Spark People
6. Start walking 3 days a week (treadmill or out doors)
7. Plan and take lunch to work 4 days a week
8. Journal 3 days a week
9. Cook dinner at home 5 days a week
10. Lose 10 Pounds
11. Hot Yoga
12. Create a 2012 vision board
13. Create a time and place for daily prayer and reflection
14. Save $50 a pay day and donít touch
15. Dance DVD
16. Coast Trip
17. Create list of must haves, wants for job/career change
18. Yoga DVD
19. Decide on budget, for each payday and follow it
20. Pay off Kohlís credit card
21. Lose 20 Pounds
22. Take pottery class
23. Choose 1 of the weekly workout DVDs and do it for an entire week
24. Create a stretching routine and follow it
25. Pilates Reform Class
26. Follow Billy Blanks DVDs for 30 days
27. Plan Growth Group
28. Figure out bed rails for kids bedroom
29. Figure out how to cut 30% from food budget
30. Save 1000 for new kids fund
31. Plan and eat fish once a week
32. Lose 30 Pounds
33. Make appointments for Drs. & get sleep plan in place
34. Explore job opportunities
35. Take a spin class
