My Goals:
long term goal - go from 280 lbs to 170. Breaking it down by week, day, and moment as necessary.

Short Term Goal:
To adopt a more planful and healthy plan of eating.

As of 7/27/14 I have started a vegan plan that is low in fat, sugar, salt, and processed foods.

My Program:
Since a health scare while delivering my daughter 11/30/05, I have renewed my interest in eating healthy foods in appropriate amounts and exercising daily. I am an art teacher and exercise instructor.

Other Information:
I earned my Masters in Social Work and get paid for work with folks with disabilities. I am a single mom with daily struggles and successes. I volunteered with the local domestic violence shelter and started Team Yogi Lisa, walking and running to raise funds for breast cancer research. I have hosted yoga fundraisers for Foodshare and other food banks.

Hi, you said you were challenged to find no impact exercises to deal with a stress fracture--maybe you could find an indoor pool? Swimming is great for no impact workouts
