Hey there! I'm Lisa. I am 34, married, and a proud mom to two beautiful girls. I was pretty athletic when I was younger (oh so long ago) but slowly gained a lot of weight, discovered I was diabetic, and now have a lot more to lose. I've been on Spark for a long time and have had some successes, but last year, after moving to Texas and losing my dad, I fell off the wagon. Hey there! I'm Lisa. I am 34, married, and a proud mom to two beautiful girls. I was pretty athletic when I was younger (oh so long ago) but slowly gained a lot of weight, discovered I was diabetic, and now have a lot more to lose. I've been on Spark for a long time and have had some successes, but last year, after moving to Texas and losing my dad, I fell off the wagon. I could really use some extra support getting back in shape and regaining my health. Ideally, I want to reverse the health issues that came up along with my weight, and I really need to lose about 100 more pounds (have lost about 60). I want to be a healthy and active role model for my girls and would love to connect with other people to walk with/encourage/talk with along the way. And quite frankly, I could use some new friends here in Houston, so look me up!

My Goals:
LTG- Lose 65 lbs minimally. LTG- Be able to *run* a mile comfortably. And then a mini-marathon. LTG- Return to Tae Kwan Do and get my black belt. STG- Resume my practice of Yoga. STG- Walking breaks at work.
My Program:
Interval walking/jogging. Core exercises and some resistance training. Yoga.
