Hi. I've just read your post on 30 somethings. I hate working out, and always seem to find a reason ( excuse ) not to do it. Just lately my friends and I have been walking, 5-6 miles or so a few times a week, and it's great! Walking is seriously underestimated! We are walking for around 2 hours, and chatting and catching up. I mean, we could be sitting in each others homes and doing the coffee thing for 2 hours without even noticing 2 hours had passed! So why not incorporate the two! A work out and gossip! Great!
