Hi Lisa. Thanks for adding me. I'm doing the 21 day kickstart too! I've been on and off again vegan for some time now. I always feel so good when I'm doing it though. I think this time around, I can be more successful because I'll be tracking too. And if I have a non vegan day... well I'll still be tracking. Before, if I got off track, I'd go waaaaay off track and then just figure, "what's the point?" Then I'd gain weight. Meh! I'm glad you found me here on spark.
