You can do this... instead of focusing on your final goal of 165 right now, you might want to consider setting a small goal, like losing just 10% of what you weigh now. You'll hit that first goal a lot more quickly and that will help to keep you motivated. Just take it one day at a time, keep exercising and eating well and the weight will come off!
Thank you for your kind words....I think anyone who has been through it recognizes the slow loss and the accompanying pain. I find I always cry the day I say goodbye, then get back the strength...I still say, I'll take her anyway I can have her!
