Short term: Losing weight. Long term: Healthy lifestyle.
So far I'm doing cardio workouts and really tryng to be mindful of the calorie intake. I'm trying to drop some bad habits (like flavored coffee creamer), but I'm taking it one day at a time.
LOL - there are MANY reasons he's my ex, but nope...the anxiety isn't one of them. :) The fact that he used it as an excuse to not work (and apparently still is) but refused to file for disability, and continued to use it as an excuse even after he had it well under control? Well, that contributed to things... But that was pretty long after it had been an issue (we were married 13 years). :)
