My Goals:
-Finish the "Run For Your Lives" 5k obstacle course (with zombies!) in Temecula, CA Oct. 20, 2012.
-Walk/jog the Tinkerbell Half-Marathon at Disneyland Jan. 27, 2013
-Reach my goal weight of 140 lbs. before my 50th birthday (June 15, 2015).

My Program:
-30 min. of zombie run cross training 3x per week.
-Couch to 5k walk/jog program 3x per week.
-64 oz. of water daily.
-Limit intake of added/refined sugar and "white"/refined carbs.

Personal Information:
Co-founder of Stir the Embers workshops, homeschooling mom of an amazing gymnast/acrobat kid, loom-knitter, wanna-be pirate and steam punk, history buff.


Other Information:
