My name is Lisa and I joined sparkpeople in 2009. I lost 14 pounds but soon abandoned my food tracking and exercise plan. I've started back up in January 2011 and so far, I have done much better with tracking my food and exercising regularly. I have been married for 10 years. I don't have any kids but I have two dogs. They are my walking buddies. I would like to lose 60 more pounds in total and rediscover the joys of cycling and running. I started gaining weight after a health issue in 2005. I finally decided that my diet and lack of exercise is doing nothing for my health and I need to make some changes.

-Fit into my wedding ring -Lose another 20 pounds by July 14, 2013 -Bike up Boulder Canyon (end of summer 2013) -Increase my servings of vegetables
My Program:
-Limit alcohol to 2 glass of wine/week -Do something active each day. Right now, it's either the spinning bike and/or walking the dogs -Limit processed foods.
