Finishing what I started

I lost 100 (never getting to goal) and kept yo yoing the same 50, through a series of events that I used as excuses. The biggest reason is that I stopped doing what worked.

What works for me is a low carb plan and daily exercise. I feel so much better when I eat low carb, but it isn't always easy.

Thanks for the warm welcome to the LC group. I have been on SP for 8 months without much progress and my nutritionist seems to think that LC might work since my blood sugarstend to run on the very high end of normal. I look forward to particpating in the group!

Hi Lisa, Thank you for welcoming me to your team. I am excited to begin this journey. I have been doing weight watchers since Fall of last year and kept losing and gaining the same 20 lbs. I just started seeing a new Dr. and he recommended me to start a low carb high protein diet. I don't know where to start and which one to begin. The Dr. told me to start out cutting all sweets and sodas regular and diet. That scared the heck out of me cause I am a soda freak and just love sweets.
