Finishing what I started

I lost 100 (never getting to goal) and kept yo yoing the same 50, through a series of events that I used as excuses. The biggest reason is that I stopped doing what worked.

What works for me is a low carb plan and daily exercise. I feel so much better when I eat low carb, but it isn't always easy.

I started Ideal Protein (a low carb meal relacement program) in Aigust 2012 with 110 to lose to that goal I haven't reached & in 5 ...
