My Goals:
I have been severely overweight for many years. I had to leave my 30+ year job for health reasons and want to make getting my health not just under control, but much improved, my new "full-time job". I need to lose at least 150 lbs., but I believe it will be easier to think in 25 or 30 pound increments since I've just stayed discouraged with so much to lose, that I don't ever get started at all.

My Program:
I'm still working on what my plan will be. I just bought "the Spark" book and by nature I have never been a goal-setter. This is one of the many bad habits I will HAVE to do away with ASAP.

Personal Information:
My name is Lisa, I am 55 years old, I live in Washington State. I am single and have a grown daughter who is 33 and lives in Seattle. I don't have any family here any more and very few friends, and I find it very difficult to start and stick to a diet and exercise plan without any support system, even though I realize I can't rely on someone else to be motivated for me.
