Lose 40 lbs.
Run 5 + miles
eliminate, or at least decrease joint pain

My Program:
Cardio 5-6 times per week
Strength training 2-3 times per week
Calorie counting, and limiting sugar--tougher than I expected

Personal Information:
Married 26 years, 3 sons, all proudly serving in National Guard units, I'm a teacher, and love my job, working on my Education Specialist's degree in school administration.

Other Information:
Favorite movies have sports themes, love Hoosiers, favorite book is Tuesdays with Morrie, fav author, Mitch Albom. Pizza ranks really high on my list of fav foods, as do salty snacks, esp if a dip is involved. I do not know how to eat popcorn in reasonable amounts. Thankfully I love to exercise.
