Staying motivated!

I definitely haven't met my weight loss and fitness goals... YET. But over the past several months I've learned a lot about to take better care of myself. I've quit smoking, quit drinking everyday (I still like to have a few cocktails on the weekends!), started exercising regularly, and eat much, much healthier. Overall, I'm pretty dang proud of myself and look forward to eventually meeting all my goals!

My Goals:
My major goal is to not get discouraged. I realize that I didn't gain the weight overnight, and I'm not going to lose it overnight either. I'm just taking it one day at a time.
But, I guess my main inspiration is a little on the vain side... I'd really like to look good in a bikini this summer! ; )

My Program:
My main tool for losing weight is planning and tracking everything that I eat. I didn't even realize it before how many calories I was eating (and drinking)! Now, every morning I plan out my meals for the day, including some "just in case" snacks to make sure that I stay within my calorie range.
I also just got a wii so I've been trying to work out on that everyday, or at least do a mini circuit training routine everyday, and I usually go out jogging/walking for about 3 miles 3 times a week.
