Hi everyone! I'm Lindsay and welcome to my page! I am a third grade teacher in CT and absolutely love my job! I am content with my body overall, but I'd like to become a more toned version of where I am now.

I have fallen in love with running, but it has stopped yielding real results. I ultimately would like to get to 125, but have been bouncing around 132-134 for the past six months or so. I've been trying to incorporate strength training, burst workouts and walking whenever possible.


Other than that, I'm overly blessed to have wonderful friends and the most supportive family one could ask for. Feel free to message me any time! :)

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
