Hey no worries about the JM video-I do like the Shape UP front and back but I think they are less intense than the Maximize Back and Front if you have tried those. In any case I got through most of that video ok, should have just done BFBM though! I am excited about the 4 pack I just bought too! Thanks for your input on those.
Hey girl, I need a little favor. I am due for JM Shape Up Front tonight-the problem: last time the video froze and I was stuck. I need to get a new disc but can't yet. Anyway, if this happens again I will just try to work the muscles that I would be in the video and do my own intervals with lots of cardio in between. Would you be able to tell me a rough idea of what I should be doing or at the very least which muscles I should be working on? Dunno if you have this one, if not the Maximize Front would work too.
