A friend of mine did the T-Shirt quilt thing! it's a great idea...the problem is deciding which ones make the cut :) Def. something to consider...my mom has even volunteered in the past to have one made for me if I would just get rid of some of my damn shirts!

Hi! Thanks for adding me as a friend! I know you've probably been asked this a zillion times, but what do you think about the Ripped in 30 DVD? How would you compare it to BFBM? Would you recommend a little extra cardio with it? Sorry for all the questions! Have a wonderful weekend!
