8 Years To Get Here....1-1/2 Years To Get Back
I'm going to try and make this easy...for myself and on myself. I've been this heavy for over 8 years and if I lose 1 lb/week..........a mere 500 calorie/day deficit........I will be at goal by April 14, 2009.
I AM NOT GOING TO LOSE 10 POUNDS PER WEEK. I WILL NOT LOOK LIKE I DID AT 30 OR EVEN 40.
I am GETTING REAL!!!

My Program:
I am going to track my food and calories. I will not be freakishly severe about it. (This will be hard)
I am going to incorporate a 10 minute ball routine 2 times per week. And walk on my treadmll at least 5 minutes 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
I'm 59 years old, the mother of 3, and the grandmother of 4. In my head, I''m still 30ish or sometimes even 20ish. I''ve had some health problems (with the lungs) and it''s been hard to accept that I may never be able to be as active as I used to be.
**update....As of January, 2008 I am now a Georgia transplant (from Wisconsin)....gulp!
I love the weather but have difficulty understanding what some people are saying....I just stare at them...trying to read their lips. LOL!
Bet they LOVE my nasaly Wisconsin accent.
Other Information:
I love to read....I also love movies and "playing" on the computer. By "playing" I mean being somewhat addicted to an online game that mostly teens and young people play (WoW)....some of you will know what this means.
