Starting Again...

I have taken a look at my eating habits and fitness goals and realize I need to start again. I had a baby 2 months ago and I am really out of shape! It is hard to believe that I completed day 1 (26 miles) of the Avon Breast Cancer Walk while 4 months pregnant! The pregnancy really took a toll on my eating and fitness habits. I gained 50+ pounds! Of course after my precious little girl was born, I lost 20lbs pretty quick, the rest just doesn't want to go anywhere!

Of course after my precious little girl was born, I lost 20lbs pretty quick, the rest just doesn't want to go anywhere!

I need to overcome exhaustion, motivation and other roadblocks to get back into the swing of things! I did it once before 7 years ago...I lost 40+ pounds, but now my life is a little more complicated (husband and children), it is not so easy! There is more than just me to worry about! So I have decided I need to make time and start again so I can get back into my pre-preggie clothes!

I am setting goals and trying to find the new me...

My goal weight is 145 lbs and while I have had some road blocks and suffered a weight gain, I am dedicated and patient enough to reach my goal!
