Time for a new journey. Capture the present. A year of progress and all those typical cliches. It's time to take my world by the reins and change it one inch, one pound, and one step at a time., with a little Sparkhelp ;) I AM a Warrior Princess. My Goals:
RECLAIM MY inner WARRIOR PRINCESS. Teach my whiny Give-me-girl she does Not get to make food choices. Focus on Confidence foods, Not comfort foods. Reach 140 by July 1, 2013. Be in a healthy BMI Fit into a size 6-8 dress by December 2013.
My Program:
Using the power of visualizations to train my body and mind to stop relying on comfort food and erase the emotional eating roller coaster I have been on for 35 years. Eating low carb/no sugar, high protein lean meats, healthy limited fats. Lots of water. Joined the YMCA, and exercising daily. tracking progress Every day Creating a support system
Personal Information:
A mother of 4 beautiful kids, work across a few industries including a professor at the undergraduate and graduate level, social science researcher vested in Violence prevention, and finance planning. I contribute to Girl Scouts and Rotary as working volunteer and attend church regularly. I have a wonderful family and strong support system.
Other Information:
Change starts with commitment, but ends with old fashion hard work.
