Unfortuately, I didn't do so good at the party - way too much stuff - mostly junk, too. It was a pot luck. I grazed a lot.
My arthritis never gives me a break because it's rheumatoid. It's hard enough in warm weather, but winter is really ridiculous.
I really like your daughter's philosophy on eating - very organic. She sounds like a very smart young lady. I've got a daughter like that too. They (children) are supposed to look up to us, but it's kinda funny how we end up looking up to them sometimes - they make us so proud! I think it's a direct reflection of good parenting. 1234 days ago
My arthritis in my knees is acting up too. I think it's a combo of my weight and the weather!
My daughter has been helping me out a lot with this endeavor. She has been eating healthy and exercises regularly for years because as an athlete, it's a must! She taught me to not only look at the food labels, but understand what I'm reading. I'm shocked how much sodium is in so much stuff!
Her basic rule is "Stick close to nature". She has a point. Her main sources of food either walk the earth or are grown in it....how simple is that?
I hope you are feeling better soon.
Are you watching the skins game today or the ravens? or both?
