My Goals:
I just want to be more healthy this year. The holidays have done me in again this year.

My Program:
 I strive (I should say struggle) to eat more fruits and veggies. I have some fruit allergies and some digestive issues too, so some veggies are also a problem. But I'm really trying to eat the ones I can - and to eat more of them. I'm going to exercise no matter what Arthir says!

Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband of 2 years (Marc), 2 adult children. I retired last February due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I like to walk (when Arthir does not prevent it). I love my furry girls -Isabelle and Claudia (Meow)

I have not tried the rice and lentil casserole...send me the recipe!! Though, I might substitute the rice with quinoa, my daughter says it's a good rice substitute.

I've been taking the stairs at work and it seems to be helping with my weight loss. I have not had a single piece of bread or a soda in 3 weeks, and strangely, I don't miss either.

Hey Lin, just checking in on you....I've been a bit under the weather lately but I feel better now.

I found a terrific recipe for Maryland Crab Cakes...check it out and check out my comment with some tips. These really tasted good! I used backfin crab meat, lump wasn't on sale...lol

You can bounce back from the binge. When I eat a little too much, I just add some more exercise to my day to counteract it.

My sister has the same arthritis aw you and I know, it is tough!

Thank you, I like to think that I did a pretty good job parenting. You are right though, it's a reflection of how we raised them, so I'll take the credit ;-)

How about those Ravens eh? The Skins game was a nail-bitter! They had a great season though.
