Get Fit To A Healthier You!

Fitness is something I find challenging until I started setting goals here on SP. I love my mini gym! Over the years, I have owned 4 types of machines right in my own basement , a Weslo's Treadmill, Ab doer, Ab Lounge & Ab Rowing Machine. I am however, missing an Elliptical which I would love to have one of these days. The rest of my gadgets are the bean bag with 3 types of stretch bands, a 5.5 ball, jumping rope and our stairs.

This has been my 12th interesting week. My realistic goal for this month is to aim for 3-3.5 miles a day instead of my initial 2- 2.5 miles/day. I'm very optimistic I would drop another lb or two at least. The only thing I'm concerned currently is my ankle since I started walking/jogging 2 months ago. It seemed like I sprained it but the pain goes off and on. So we'll see. What's your story?

"If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down."
**~~~~Mary Pickford~~~~**

Do not treat every setback as an occasion to give up. You can always make a fresh start. If you have fallen down, pick yourself up, stand tall and go on. Start each new day afresh and blessed!

Let's have a fabulous and fit Friday!!! And of course, an AWESOME weekend!!!
