I have lost 40lbs since January '09. My goal is to lose 45-50 more pounds. Through healthy eating, educating myself about whole foods and exercise, I hope to acheive a healthy weight goal of 145lbs-140lbs.
I am reluctant to mention my plan as I can't vouche for the validity of it being "healthy" or not yet. But here goes.
Currently: I eat 2 boiled eggs, drink green tea-honey, seeds/nuts, and 4-5 fruits. This is my diet from 7am til 5pm. I come home eat a snack, cook dinner, and eat a dessert. I try to limit portion sizes and not eat after 8pm. I exercise in the morning before work. I supplement with ACV, coconut oil, and cod liver oil.
I have lived in NC all my life. I am married and have 3 beautiful children(2 girls and a boy) all under age 7. We enjoy going to the park, being with friends, reading, singing, oh and watching exercise videos...lol....really, they love it!
I work full time, but spend most of it sitting and typing. This, and being pregnant every year from 2002 to 2006, contributed to me weighing the most ever. 2010 will be the year I reach my healthy weight goals for myself and my family.
