I am a stay at home mom of two boys 13 & 16. They are part time homeschooled. I also help my husband with his business. I enjoy reading, talking walks, movies, crochet and time with my kids. My goal is to loose a total of 30 lbs (I am almost half way there already), to get healthy by overhauling the things I eat, to exercise more, and to make a few friends long the way.

You're doing great! Don't give up! I'm in the process of revamping my workout to get remotivated myself. Let's do this together!

I challenge you to try a new exercise that you haven't tried before. I joined couch to 5K walk/jog program to get back on track. Challenge yourself because your body is prabbaly used to your old routine...what you keep doing. emoticon HUGSS Dee
