I have been dancing since the age of 6, starting with American Bandstand with my sitter every day for 3 years after school.
I have been line dancing since the age of 8, "The Stroll" was the first.
I have been doing soul line dances since 1999, when 50, and now 15 years later I know how to do about 50 line dances.
About to turn 65, and I am on disability for major depression since 1997. I was an art therapist in a psychiatric hospital for 19 years, and 6 more prior years in a day care center.
I help care for neighbors children since becoming disabled.
I have worked on my Quaker high school's archives for 10 years, and commissioned a writer to help with writing the history of the school from 1957 to the present.

To keep active, do more exercises and log all my meals each day, and get rid of 50 lbs by a year from now-May 2015

Keeping a daily listing of all food eaten, and printing them to go over with my nutritionist and cardiologist. working on a loss of a pound a week, working to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Eat less fat.
