slowly and surely
I know how good it feels to be fit and be exercising and do so until something (knee, elbow) prevents the normal schedule. My consistent exercises would be about twice a month contra dancing, once a week line dancing and twice a week Zumba. Planning to continue incorporating the good choices of drinking water, small and frequent portions, exercising to DVD, tape, with weights or in a dance class 20 or more minutes a day. Writing on my new page is an incentive to continue this in earnest ...

My Goals:
1. To feel more alert and alive. 2. To be able to effortlessly do whatever physical activity I choose, particularly dancing. 3. To wear the many, many pieces of clothing that just are waiting in the closet....
My Program:
To do this, I will participate in Zumba fitness by attending @at the YMCA, James River Assembly, Ozark Baptist Church and instructing @ Essential Yoga, Holland School, with subbing at the YMCA etc. plus practicing. Work with toning or weights will be at least twice a week @ home or with machines, 20 minutes.

I was born in Arizona, lived in Boulder, Colorado and now for thirty four years am here in the Missouri Ozarks.
