    emoticon for the sweet comment on my blog! I was reading your page and saw this is your 2nd attempt at SP. It's mine, too! I tried like 2 years ago, but I didn't really track my food or exercise either. I gave up shortly after.. This time, though, I've tracked my food and exercise very well and have lost a lot thanks to SP!! I hope you're finding the site as helpful as I do.

    Thanks for looking at my Blog. I would highly recommed reading the book Fat Flush Plan. I found it to be very interesting. It is a great way to jump start your diet plan. I don't follow the exact meal plans, im kind of a picky eater, but i have given up all processed foods which include: dairy, pasta, breads, starchy veggies such as potatoes, sugar, salt, and junk food.(chips and candy) Good luck on your 2nd try here on Spark. I added you as a friend.
