My Goals:
My Goal at the moment is to lose 45 pounds. I am on my way now that I have my new treadmill. I am also using the Spark People food tracker. I have cut down my portion size , and trying to watch what I eat.I hope to lose my first 10 pounds soon. I am really close. Thanks Spark People!!!

My Program:
Using Food Tracker, as well as Exercise Tracker, and the Boot Camp Video's all are great. I also walk on my treadmill daily and ride my stationery bike.

Other Information:
I am an avid book reader. I don't really have any favorite books but I seem to like Nora Robberts. I also like anything crafty. I like to Quilt, and scrapbook, as well as knit and sew. My favorite Movie is "Gone with the Wind"
I enjoy most types of music and I love to exercise.

I find it best to change your exercise routine. Try new workout DVDs or just do different exercises. You might also need to increase your exercise time.

I also found it helpful to look back at my nutrition tracker to figure out what I was eating when I was losing weight. There is usually something different in you diet.

You can also try taking your measurements, Sometimes you may be losing fat and gaining muscle so you don't notice a change in weight.

Saw on the huddle you are struggling with a plateau, have you checked out the SparkPeople articles on plateaus? There are a few, and very helpful information, I highly recommend them, and best of luck to you!
