Making a change and getting healthy!

I was always one of those people that never worried about gaining weight. I always maintained the same weight by eating whatever I felt like (within reason) and staying active by walking around, biking, etc. I never worried too much about carbs or following an exercise routine. Everything changed when I got out of college and got a full time desk job. Sitting for 40 hours a week has caused me to gain a lot of weight! I can no longer be the carefree girl that stays fit by being naturally active ...

I can no longer be the carefree girl that stays fit by being naturally active all day. Now, it's time for a change. I need to learn how to schedule workouts, watch what I eat, lose the weight and set myself up for a healthy future.
