Mommy of Two!

I have recently given birth to my second child. She is now four months old and it's time to get back in shape! I never lost all the weight I gained (80 pounds!) with my son (3 in October) before having my daughter. I want to lose about 46 pounds by my next birthday. (March 2009)

My Goals:
Goal - 130 pounds by March 29 (birthday)
Goal - 155 pounds by December 12 (visiting family out of state)
Height - 5'6"
Low Weight = 125lbs
High Weight = 215lbs (first pregnancy)

My Program:
I started a low carb diet a few weeks ago and lost 10 pounds within the first week. I have been pretty bad in the past week and have eaten a lot of junk! I gained 5 pounds back and that's got me really bummed. I am starting it up again as of this moment.

Personal Information:
I live in Southeastern Massachusetts but was born and raised in Mississippi.
