I am 29, work a lot and will be going back to school. It's hard to fit in time for cooking healthy, exercising and getting adequate sleep, so I can only imagine what it'll be like once I'm back in school. I am hoping to have my working out and healthy eating not just a habit but the way of life when i get back in school. That way I won't even consider not working out!
