I want to get fit once and for all! I need lots of encouragement & support, so any tips you want to send my way are welcome!!! I love food & want to learn moderation so I can still enjoy my meals but stop over indulging.

January 2018 update:
Starting over but still trying! I was going strong & then suffered a miscarriage & completely derailed myself dietary & fitness wise. I am now a proud mommy to my 2 1/2 year old daughter & a 3 month old little boy! They are the most important part of my life & I want so badly to be a good role model for them! Finding time for *me* is a challenge, but I'm trying! Any encouragement is GREATLY appreciated!

April 2014 update:
So, I am now down 50 pounds. I'm still trying hard but I've had a lot of ups and downs lately. I just completed BLC round 24 and got back down to my lowest weight I reached last year, but can't get past that. I am currently in the Spring 5% challenge & starting the Camp Wannabefit challenge next weekend. I am hoping that one of these challenges can help me get back in gear because I really want to hit 200 pounds by the end of the year & right now it is looking pretty far away, but I still know I can do it with the help of my spark friends! Wish me luck~

August 2013 update:
I am well on my way now!! Down 40 pounds and can't wait to keep going. I feel so much better and even though I still have a really long way to go and still mess up sometimes I know I can do it now! I am in my first round of BLC main challenge (round 22) and it is just the challenge I've been looking for. Can't wait to see what else I can accomplish along my journey...

My ultimate goal is to get to 165lbs and stay within the range of 160-175 pounds since I know fluctuations are bound to happen.

My goal for 2018 is to hit 275 pounds by the end of the year!

My Program:
Be active for 10 minutes a day.
Track my food everyday & aim between 2200-2600 calories daily
Plan ahead! Make sure I know what my meals will be for the week as well as my workouts!

    Lindsay, glad you have turned the corner. You have a beautiful family, I spent a little bit of time looking at your pictures. As busy as you must be (are you working too?), I'm sure you can make the changes you want and feel really accomplished at the end of the year.

    With the new freestyle program on WW I don’t feel restricted at all! There are so many 0 point foods I sometimes have trouble eating all my points! The walking DVDs are great - they get you moving - check YouTube - free and you can try be 4 u buy

    Hi Lindsay! I am actually doing Weight Watchers online. It’s about $20 a month but it’s REALLY working for me! For my exercise I am doing Leslie Sansone Walk At Home DVDS, I’m up to 3 miles and do them 4-5 times a week. So little space, email if ?
