2011 is going to be my year! I started walking over 10,000 steps and I am doing Leslie Sansone's DVD walk/jog for 3 minutes. My goal eventually is to be able to jog at least a 5K. As of May of 2011, I can jog for 2 minutes. I give myself about two more months until I can jog a 5K!

Good job. Looks like you are getting back on. You can do it. I was the same. Did the WW for a while but just got stuck on 175, now I'm SP and stuck on 169.

Hi Linda Ellen, a couple years ago I participated in a daily exercise routine that you initiated. We would get a reminder in our e-mail. Do you still do that?
