A New Me

I never want weight (over or under) to define me. I know that a healthy weight will allow me to live a better quality of life and allow me to be more flexible and stronger.
I have zip-lined in Honduras, and kayaked in Canada.
I want to do more!
And I don't see 62+ years old as an obstacle.

My Goals:
I know the scale isn't everything, but I am going to permanently eliminate 30# from my body.
Strength training will improve the results of my bone density - which will keep me active for life.
And I plan to get into my favorite jeans.

My Program:
I am setting my movement goal at beginning 10 minutes a day. I know it will be more - but slow and steady will hopefully be my ticket to bone and body strength this year.

I am also eating less than I want to. I am implementing a high fiber/low fat/less red meat menu for my hubby and myself.
