I Can and Will lose 30 lbs
I am a 51 year old female who work's 12 hour shifts rotating and have found it hard tget on track and lose 30 pound's, i know if i have support from others in a group i can and will lose this weight.
I live on a 13 acre farm in Kentucky and i love animals, enjoy reading, going to church and spending time with my husband.
