I stopped having time to be on Sparkpeople for a while due to a grueling schedule!
I still work out with my trainer twice a week, and have now lost a full dress size in 2 months. Mostly building muscle instead of fat, which has given me a whole new look. Eating has become almost something I don't think about anymore. If I splurge, I automatically adjust, I am not fanatical about it. I am just always aware of how many calories i have taken in a day and that's that. Yoga is a huge part of doing well for me. it keeps me calm and centered, and mixes up the cardio/weight training I do normally.
What do you know, people CAN change!
I will post updated pictures when I get to 250 and 200 pounds :)
