Current weight = 185
5% =10 lbs
Goal weight = 175 lbs

Plan: By walking (hiking) and riding my bicycle at least 5 days per week and eating 1200-1550 calories per day. If all goes as planned I will be in the 170 4 weeks into the challenge

September 22, 2013-Update
We got back from AZ in April after 5+ months away from home. I weighed right around 195. Today I weighed 185. Yes! It has been a long time coming but I think I am finally on track after 2+ years of sliding backwards. Thank goodness I never gained all my weight back from when I started with SP. When I started I was 226 and as of today I am down 41 pounds from my original weight. During this last Summer 5% Challenge I lost 6 and if I would have weighed today instead of yesterday it would have been 7 pounds. I am excited for this next challenge and to be in the 170 at the end of the Fall 5% Challenge. This year I am taking my bicycle to AZ so I can get way more exercise than I did last year. The walking and hiking was just not enough. Here is hoping we all meat our goals in the Fall 5% Challenge.

I hope to be more involved with my team in the up coming Fall 5% challenge.

My Goals:
My main goal is to loose 65lb by Christmas of 2006 and keep it off. I actually eat pretty healthy but my BIGGEST problem is portion distortion.

My Program:
My calorie intake goal is between 1200 and 1550.



My arobic exercise goal is to do the Nortic Track 5 days a week for 30 minuets each time. Strenght training (6 exercises) 3 times a week. I also walk at lunch 3 days a week.

Are you prepared for the challenge?

I'm just about ready to start. I just have to make sure I have everything I need to start on Saturday. I usually get to Curves on Friday but hubby has an army school to attend. He'll have the car so I won't get my official weigh-in til Sat.
