I have made zero progress since July 2011 update. In fact I have gained another 10 pounds. This is the year I will turn things around. I am still down from my 2006 weight of 226 so I am glad for that. Since retiring it has been quite the challenge but now is the time to get back on track. With the help once again from the wonderful people here at SP. I will make 2013 the year I finally get to my goal of 160.

My Goals:
My main goal is to loose 65lb by Christmas of 2006 and keep it off. I actually eat pretty healthy but my BIGGEST problem is portion distortion.
My Program:
My calorie intake goal is between 1200 and 1550.
My arobic exercise goal is to do the Nortic Track 5 days a week for 30 minuets each time. Strenght training (6 exercises) 3 times a week. I also walk at lunch 3 days a week.

My name is Linda and I have lived in Colorado since 1974. Born and raised in Ohio. Born on October 22 1949. Been around the block a few times.
