It sounds good but I loved the job I had. It took too long to learn forgiveness. May oldest son found out he had bone cancer. All is well now. Husband survived, son in remission and I have learned to like my new job. The only thing left is the extra 40 pounds. THAT IS MY STORY AND I AM STICKING TO IT! Have a good day'

My Goals:
To lose 40 pounds and become more active. Several of my family are diabetic and I want to lessen y chances of getting it.

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Giving up at least half of my coffee, tea and diet coke.
Walking 5 days a week with a friend and coworker. Maybe getting more coworkers walking also. And last exercising on a regular bases.

Personal Information:
I hate my picture taken.
I don't like horror movies. I think there is too much horror in the world with out being entertain by it. Funny I used to love them. Maybe I don't need my heart beating faster an more.

Other Information:
I love all kinds of crafts. I am learning to quilt. I have made 2 so far. I knit and crochet with yarn and thread. I love to work i wood. I once made a baby cradle.
I love sitting in my spa and watching the snow come down., but I hate cold weather.

Thanks so much for my stability ball goodie! The main reason I need to lose weight is to ease my ankles. I'm sure that hauling around 40 fewer pounds would HAVE to help! And I'm not kidding myself, I'm sure I would look better with a few fewer pounds, too!
