Zumba Fan! Whoop, whoop!
My life has been a series of ups and downs. Throughout my life through my parent's illness and death, through cancer, through divorce and now as a single parent, I've turned to food as my comfort. I've lost weight 3 or more times and gained it all back, because food really is not my friend. I'm trying to get that through my thick head. I've had some setbacks, especially during the Christmas holiday, but I'm on a roll and moving forward.
