My Goals:
Live a healthier lifestyle--through good nutrition and exercise.

Lose weight.

Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.

Work in my garden.

Go for a walk outside.


My Program:
Doctor says I have pre-diabetes so I'm following Spark plan on the nutrition tracker with my own menu:
- low sodium
- whole foods as much as possible
- Nutritionally balanced, portion controlled meals

Exercise is walking at least 35 minutes every day and strength training 3x a week.


Personal Information:
I love to read, constantly, compulsively.

I enjoy counted embroidery.

My guilty pleasure is Mahjong Connect, although I play Sudoku everyday, too.

Yeah, decluttering: I have a rule if I bring in something new to me, three things HAVE to go to yardsale box or trash. Ooh! What a rule, huh? I plan on a big sale at my house in town at some point in the future. We can't take it with us, so may as well pass on the stuff to others. Hee hee.

I completely agree, that at times life gets hard and lonely (usually at the same time), and I've been feeling a lot of this lately, which is why I'm so grateful to be able to look forward to seeing my family next week.
