    I really didn't want to return to tracking, but am at a loss as to what else to do. The number on the scale is slowing climbing upward, and I just can't stand to watch it do that anymore :-( If after doing this for a month or so, my weight starts to go back down, then I'll know that I just have to keep tracking as part of my everyday routine. Oh, pooh, is right!

    Ugh - tracking!!! I'm still resisting going back to it. I don't even think it will solve my problem this time. After three years of tracking, I know what and how much I should be eating. That's not my issue. Making myself stick to it is. I wish I knew what the answer is. Do me a favor - clue me in when you figure it out!

    Thanks for the suggestion on my last blog about bringing my own "to-go" container from home to restaurants. I think I could probably fold it up and stuff it in my purse. In the past, I would take some of my own homemade diet ranch dressing or even "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray with me when I knew we were going somewhere that didn't offer diet dressings or if I was going to order a baked potato. I need to start planning better again.
