My Goals:
Live a healthier lifestyle--through good nutrition and exercise.

Lose weight.

Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.

Work in my garden.

Go for a walk outside.


My Program:
Doctor says I have pre-diabetes so I'm following Spark plan on the nutrition tracker with my own menu:
- low sodium
- whole foods as much as possible
- Nutritionally balanced, portion controlled meals

Exercise is walking at least 35 minutes every day and strength training 3x a week.


Personal Information:
I love to read, constantly, compulsively.

I enjoy counted embroidery.

My guilty pleasure is Mahjong Connect, although I play Sudoku everyday, too.

Hi Linda! No snow (other than a few flurries), thankfully, but our wind chill here is currently -8 and dropping. It's supposed to drop to -16 tonight. I'll bet it's cold where you are too. I saw that even Atlanta's getting hit. Can't wait until this is done! The blessing is that i can work from home this week.
