My Goals:
Live a healthier lifestyle--through good nutrition and exercise.

Lose weight.

Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.

Work in my garden.

Go for a walk outside.

My Program:
Doctor says I have pre-diabetes so I'm following Spark plan on the nutrition tracker with my own menu:
- low sodium
- whole foods as much as possible
- Nutritionally balanced, portion controlled meals

Exercise is walking at least 35 minutes every day and strength training 3x a week.

Personal Information:
I love to read, constantly, compulsively.

I enjoy counted embroidery.

My guilty pleasure is Mahjong Connect, although I play Sudoku everyday, too.

emoticon so much Linda for your kind encouragements on my blog! The problem when I travel for work is that we usually have lunch or dinner at the restaurant and I now eat so much more slowly than the others. But I am sure I'll be fine. I'll be travelling with a colleague who knows about my surgery so that will help too.
Hang in there, it sounds like it is dreadfully cold where you live at the moment, it never gets that cold here and I don't know how I would cope! emoticon
