My name is Linda and I live in Houston TX. I am 53 years old, married with 3 very handsome sons! I have a wondeful daughter-in-law and a precious 9 year old grandson named Jacob. I love the Lord with everything that is within me and will praise him till the day I die. I joined Sparks back in January of 07 and never took advantage of everything this wonderful site has to offer. I am loving it now, really motivates me!! Thank you Sparks!

My Goals:
My goal is to get my body back into shape, the way God intended me to take care of it. I also think my husband deserve to have me looking nice! I just added pictures of my b-o-d-y. This was a huge step for me, a step I know will help me.

My Program:
 My objective is excersise! Once I get a grip on that, the diet just follows without me even trying.

Love sunrises and sunsets, trees and the ocean. God is such an amazing artist! Why can't I download my pictures? Keeps saying file is to large. My sons graduation pictures were all the same size and I could only download my youngest sons.

Other Information:
 If you haven't seen the movie "Facing The Giants", I HIGHLY recommend it. It is the most wonderful move on God's faithfulness you will ever see. I floated out of the theater.
