Linda, I am new to this and searching for some help. This is not for me, but a woman who is in assisted living home near me. She is only 55 or so and weighed close to 300 lbs, but is now about 230 and continuing to lost weight. She has a rather large panniculus, and I am trying to find some supportive undergarments that might help her to feel better about her situation. Surgery is not an option at this time. Can you please suggest some companies that might actually have decent underwear that has some sort of adjustable waist area that she could use to support that area? She would like to begin to be more active, but said that it is painful to do much walking. I really appreciate any help you might be able to give. Thanks so much. If need be, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. sally 927 days ago
Hi Linda: I saw your problem when I googled my panniulus problem. I also have one and I am impressed with your efforts to get rid of it without surgery. I also do not want surgery.. I joined sparkpeople but would like to know how to email you and how you are doing.
Wondeful that it is your THIRD SPARVERSARY!!
What you have accomplished is amazing!! 9,402 people joined the week you did, and nearly all have quit, but YOU are still working to have wonderful health and fitness, because you want to make this your BEST LIFE! As Eckhart Tolle says in "The Power of NOW" this is all we have and the time to make changes is always NOW. 2303 days ago
