Biggest Loser Neon Ninja Team Spring 2015

Dear Self,
These are my goals for the Spring into Shape BL Neon Ninja Team Challenge.

Iím going to shoot for 100%, not to be perfect, but because if I shoot for the moon, even if I miss, I might still land somewhere among the stars. *-)

1.GOAL-- PHYSICAL --To lose a minimum of one pound a week.
Actions
A. Exercise 45-60 min. per day
B. Stick to my low carb diet
C. Continue with my doc wt. loss clinic and B-12 shots
D. Get 3K steps ...

2. GOAL-- MENTAL - Study and implement the BECK DIET SOLUTION
Actions
A. - Start at the beginning
B - Work with a challenge and make it a habit
C - Donít rush
D - Stay in touch with Beck members

3. GOAL - SPIRITUAL -
Actions
A - Read motivational topics daily and journal about them
B - Journal about what Iíve read.
C - Continue with my writing: WVU/NANO/HADRIAN
D - Morning pages
E. Continue with my classes to learn to re-wire my brain/make new habits.
