Dear Self,
These are my goals for the Purple Passion SPRING Challenge.

I'm going to shoot for 100%, not to be perfect, but because if I shoot for the moon, even if I miss, I might still land somewhere among the stars. *-)

1.GOAL-- PHYSICAL --To lose 5% during this challenge..
A. Exercise 30-45 min. per day
B. Stick to my low carb diet
C. Continue with my doc wt. loss clinic and B-12
D. Get 2500 TO 3K steps on my FITBIT daily
E. Share time daily with my Purple Passion Sisters.

2. GOAL-- MENTAL - Study and implement the BECK DIET SOLUTION

A. - Start at the beginning
B - Work with a challenge and make it a habit
C - Donï't rush
D - Stay in touch

A - Read motivational topics daily and journal about them
B - Journal about what I love to read.
C - Continue with my writing: WVU/NANO/HADRIAN
D - Morning pages
E. Continue with my classes to learn to re-wire my brain/make new habits.

Personal Information:
I am a retired school counselor in Alabama.

I have health issues that play a role in my losing weight but I am not going to let them stand in my way.

I had total knee replacement in Feb. 2016 but I am climbing back little by little.

Other Information:
I'm loving my Fitbit Zip.

    I saw your post about the cards. Wish I could send you mine, I didn't use them. I made my own. I have a total of 26 that I put in order of first desire and then by what I learned in the book. For me this is a long process, the stuff leaks out of my brain all the time and I'm back to square one.
    1)Health Improvement: Decreased blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C.
    Decreased risk of heart attack, and stroke.
    Increase vitality, energy and better sleep.

    2) Physical Changes: Decreased joint pain, less fat rolls and double chin. Decreased belly fat.
    I will look better in smaller sized clothes.
    I will enjoy shopping for smaller clothes.
    I will enjoy physical activity more.

    Hi Linda, I just saw your question regarding response cards torn out from the back of your Beck workbook. Sorry I missed at that time, and I hope you found a solution already.
    You can prepare your own response cards if you copy the example sabotaging thoughts and helpful responses (or your own) on index cards.
    This is what I did, because I have the book on my kindle e-book reader and I don't have the workbook at all. May be even more effective then using the "user ready" ones.
    I bought the workbook for my mom (who never started it) and I saw those response cards in the back are meant to be torn out as one proceeds with the program.
