Hi Linda, you will love THM once you get the concept..it is so easy after awhile it becomes second nature...my one word of advice if you take anything away from me is "please do NOT think or treat as a diet" as truly this is not a diet but a lifestyle change.
I'm not 100% perfect, I eat on plan 98% of the time..at parties I might have a hot dog on the dreaded white roll..but I always always find this lifestyle to just eat right at the next meal.
